The infamous rival of Fox McCloud and leader of Star Wolf. O'donell was a former pilot in the Cornerian Army, but was dishonorably discharged from service after the Banimus Incident for desertion. Since then he has become involved in many pirate cartels and even served as ally to Andross in his war against Corneria.

Wolf is a recurring enemy that appears in several missions throughout the campaign, occasionally appearing as a selectable Wingman. He is an unlockable multiplayer character. His default ship is the Redfang, should it be available in a current mission.
