A long time member of the Cornerian Army, Bill Grey and Fox McCloud both trained at the academy together and have long been distant friends. Bill currently oversees defense operations across the entire Lylat System, though he prefers to remain stationed at his homeworld of Katina.
Bill is a selectable Wingman at several points throughout multiple campaigns. He is an unlockable multiplayer character. His default ship is the Cornerian Strike Fighter, should it be available in a current mission.
