The nephew of Andross, Andrew Oikonny was born on Venom and much of his life was dedicated to making him an officer. He lacked his uncle's intellect and generally performed as a poor commander. His skills served him better as a pilot and he eventually came under the wing of Wolf O'donnell and a member of Star Wolf.
Andrew is a recurring enemy that appears in several missions throughout the campaign, occasionally appearing as a selectable Wingman. He is an unlockable multiplayer character. His default ship is the Wolfen, should it be available in a current mission.
